Xi Beta Scholarship Application
Thank you for your interest in applying for the Xi Beta Chapter Scholarship. This application form is for the 2025-2026 Academic Year.Please carefully review the following instructions to ensure your application is complete and eligible for consideration. Application Information & Point of Contact
1. Complete the Application Form
All applicants must fully complete the official scholarship application. Please ensure that all sections are filled out accurately and thoroughly before submission. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
2. Essay Requirement (Minimum 500 Words)
Applicants must submit a typed essay (minimum 500 words) as a separate attachment to the application.
Your essay must address the following:

The importance of pursuing a post-secondary education
-
How you plan to contribute to your community upon graduation
-
How this scholarship will support you in achieving your academic and career goals
Please ensure your essay is well-organized, clearly written, and reflective of your personal voice and aspirations.
3. Required Supporting Materials
The following materials must be uploaded within the scholarship application:
✔ Three (3) Character References
Letters of recommendation may be submitted by:

School guidance counselor

Principal
-
Teacher(s)

Clergy

Other relevant community leaders
Each reference should speak to your character, leadership, academic commitment, and/or community involvement.
✔ Unofficial High School Transcript

An unofficial transcript is acceptable at the time of application submission.

Official transcripts must be submitted upon graduation.
✔ Copy of Test Scores

A copy of your standardized test scores must be uploaded within the application.
4. Submission Deadline

All application materials, including the completed application, essay, and supporting documents, must be submitted by: April 15, 2026

Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
